Orlando Attractions United - “What I love about Orlando” - Official Rules 

1.      No Purchase Necessary.

2.      To Enter: Beginning July 6, 2016 simply post on your personal social media account in picture(s), video or written form what you love about Orlando with one of the following:

a.       Facebook         #whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoAttractionsUnited

b.      Instagram        #whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoAttractionsUnited

c.       Twitter            #whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoUnites

and you are entered to win.

d.      Sponsor is not responsible for entries that do not include the Facebook: #whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoAttractionsUnited, Instagram:#whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoAttractionsUnited or Twitter  #whatIloveaboutOrlando@OrlandoUnites or entries that encounter electronic or technical problems beyond the control of the Sponsor. 

3.      Eligibility: This contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada, who are 21 years of age or older on the date of the entry.  Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this contest are not eligible to enter.  This contest subject to all federal, state, provincial and local U.S. and Canadian laws.

4.      Prize Awarding:  Winner will be selected on the merit of having had the most “shares”, “retweets” or “likes” on the Orlando Attractions United Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account as of July 12, 2016 at 11:59pm EST. This will not include cross network counts, as each individual post will stand alone for consideration regardless of social media outlet used. The prizewinner will be notified via direct message on the network of the winning post (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) within 10 days of the end of the campaign.  To claim a prize, prizewinner must supply Sponsor with their legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers as well as legal photo identification. Prizewinner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 10 days notification.  If prizewinner does not comply, the prize package will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries.

5.      Prize: One grand prize to include the following:

This Certificate entitles you to a complimentary stay in a Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds, this gift certificate has no cash value, and gift certificate cannot be replaced or substituted. Gift Certificate must be presented at check in. Sorry copies will not be accepted.  Not valid during holidays or special event dates. Reservation is subject to availability at time of inquire. Reservation must be made no later than 30 days prior to preferred arrival date. 48 hour cancellation policy will apply, if reservation is not cancelled prior to 48 hours or you do not show up for your reservation this gift certificate becomes invalid. b.      Fun Spot America: "Family 4 pack of FUN! 4 (four) single day passes for unlimited on all go karts, roller coasters, family and thrill rides. (Excludes SkyCoaster) Not valid on Saturdays and will expire June 30, 2017." 

c.       Gatorland & Screamin Gator Zip Line:  “Family 4 (four) Package, includes 4 (four) rides on the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line over live alligators and crocodiles with Gatorland park admission included. Must be used in one visit. Not valid for use from December 23, 2016 through January 2, 2017. Reservations are required.

d.      iFly Orlando: "Spread Your Wings for Two" certificate valid for up to 2 (two) people. Fly with a friend - Our most popular package for two flyers. Each of you will enjoy two flights with a certified flight instructor. Each person gets one video clip (2 total) from your flight session.. Gear rental and the instructional class are included. There are no blackout dates for this certificate. Reservations are required (at least 72 hours in advance). Not valid with any other offers or discounts."

e.       I-Drive 360: "I-Drive 360, Home of the Orlando Eye, admission for 2 (two) to The Orlando Eye. Valid for one year will expire on June 30, 2017."

f.       Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf: "General admission cards for 4 (four) free admissions to one 18-hole round of Adventure Golf. No restrictions or expiration."

g.      Putting Edge: "General admission cards for 4 (four) free admissions to one 18-hole round of Adventure Golf. No restrictions or expiration."

h.      Ripley's Believe It or Not!: "Ticket guidelines: 4 (four) Adult tickets. Expiration date is a year from the date listed- June 2017. Hours of operation, we are open every day 9am- Midnight The Last Entry is at 11pm."

i.        Skeletons: Animals Unveiled!: "Family 4 (four) pack of tickets to America's LARGEST Skelton Museum - SKELETONS: Animals Unveiled! j.        Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows:  Admission for 4 (four) guests to Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows to include the show, dinner, dessert and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.  Not valid for special events and on some holidays. Gratuity not included.  Reservations required.

All reservations are based on availability, and must be booked in advance where applicable. No tickets may be used during the blackout periods specified by the aforementioned prize package partners. Approximate retail value of prize is $1473.97 USD. Actual value may vary based on location and timing of use. All other expenses are the winner’s responsibility, including transportation, telephone/Internet, meals, room-service charges, parking fees, and gratuities. Any penalties associated with changes made to any reservation following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of winner.

6.      Terms/Conditions: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person connected with the account (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) the winner will be the person in whose name the account is registered or its owner.  By claiming the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor, and their officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this contest, or from acceptance or use of the prize.  Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that the Sponsor or their agent(s) may use and/or display the winner’s name, address (city and state only), likeness, biographical information and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.  If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.  Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, Florida.

7.      Taxes: All taxes on prizes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable/assignable. No cash alternative to prize is offered and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

8.      Sponsor: Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows is the official contest Sponsor, whose decisions will be considered final and binding on all matters related to the promotion. Any personal information provided by entrant will be subject to the sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9.      Winner’s List: For a copy of the official Winner’s List, send a self-address, business size, stamped envelope by August 1, 2016 to “What I Love About Orlando”, Winner Confirmation Request, in-care-of: Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows 8267 International Drive, Orlando, FL  32819.
